Silvana Hernández is the Director of Marketing, Products & Digital for the Asia Pacific & India regions of RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange with more than 4,300 affiliated resorts in 110 countries and part of the Wyndham Destinations family. Based in the Singapore office, Silvana is responsible for defining the member and affiliate marketing strategies in the Asia Pacific region and oversees the Member Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Digital and e-Commerce, and Database Marketing and Analytics functions. In her role, she oversees all digital and traditional marketing activities for the Asia Pacific region, including websites and mobile apps, consumer data, and internal and external communications. Silvana is responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of the member and affiliate journeys to provide quality customer experiences. She also leads the Product Development and Project Management Office to develop new products and drive the strategic initiatives of the region.
Silvana began her career with RCI in 2005 in RCI Latin America, and leading the Latin America marketing team prior to her current role at RCI Asia Pacific. Over her span of her career, she led various Marketing teams of 10 different nationalities, servicing customers from over 29 countries. Silvana brings over a decade of experience and a proven track record in increasing member retention, engagement and online share through innovative marketing programs and products, namely the RCI Member Journey (winner of the 2019 ATHOC “Innovation Program in the Field” award) and the RCI WeChat Livechat (winner of 2019 ARDA “Digital Products” award).
