Richard joined RCI in 1987 and is the Sr. Vice President and Managing Director for RCI North America.
This includes Marketing and Publications, Member service contact centers, Resort Client relationships and Club/Key Client programs.
His experience with RCI over the last three decades has been primarily a part of the North America senior leadership team; he also lived in Europe for two years leading Operations and Marketing. Additionally, he spent several years with the corporate North America RCI business development division.
Richard is a trustee with ARDA; his strengths are strategic planning, efficiency design, product development, increasing customer service satisfaction and measurement. The overall North America operation handles nearly 8 million member interactions each year.
Prior to joining RCI he was the VP/Director of Operations for a restaurant development company for many years.
