Amy Lipka, RRP, serves as the Vice President of Business Development for RCI. An RCI and timeshare-industry veteran with more than 27 years of experience, Lipka and her team are responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of some of RCI’s major clients. This involves servicing more than 300 RCI affiliated resorts located throughout North America. She leads her team in the planning and coordination of strategic initiatives and the development of programs that help enhance and expand her clients’ businesses.
Prior to her current role at RCI, Lipka held several leadership positions throughout her seven years in the RCI call center. From there, she transitioned to the business development side of the industry, with a high focus on working with clubs. During her time, she’s opened a business development office in Carlsbad, CA, and has served hundreds of resorts across the country.
Lipka is a long-time member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), serving on numerous committees for ARDA. She has achieved the industry certification of Registered Resort Professional (RRP) and attended Indiana University – Purdue University at Indianapolis with a concentration in business management and geography. She currently lives near Indianapolis, Indiana, with her husband and two daughters.
