RCI Named One of the Best Companies to Work For in Florida
PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Aug. 12, 2011) – Florida Trend magazine named RCI among its Best Companies To Work For in its August issue and on FloridaTrend.com. RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange and part of the Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) family of brands, ranked fourth within the large company category.
To be considered for the Best Companies To Work For in Florida recognition, companies underwent a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
