Dubai, UAE (April 13, 2011) – RCI, the global leader in vacation exchange, and The Registry Collection® programme, the world’s largest luxury exchange program, have partnered with Bench Events, organizers of the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference (AHIC), to co-host the second edition of the Shared Ownership Master Class 2011.
The Shared Ownership Master Class 2011 is part of the three-day AHIC conference programme which takes place between 30 April and 2 May at the Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE, with the half-day Master Class taking place on Saturday, 30 April.
The shared-ownership business models to be showcased and discussed at the Master Class will feature leisure-oriented real estate and hospitality products that include timeshare, fractional, private residence clubs and destination clubs. The business model is well established in Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets, such as Egypt and Dubai, showing tremendous growth potential as favourable market conditions attract quality hospitality assets.

During the specially created interactive sessions, delegates can directly discuss key aspects of product development with the panelists, including recent product trends and strategies to integrate a shared-ownership product within an existing hotel or resort development. The sales and marketing panel will provide insights into regionalized sales solutions and strategies to enhance occupancy levels. The financial panel will disclose how shared-ownership margins compare to other asset classes and demonstrate the diverse nature of revenue streams arising from this business model. Finally attendees will be able to open up the bonnet on a live case study of a successful project in Dubai.
