McGrath has spent the last 18 years in the shared ownership and resort development fields, becoming an acknowledged leader. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative, operational, program design, finance, and sales and marketing arenas for vacation ownership industry giants such as RCI, Starwood Vacation Ownership, Interval International, Kosmas Group International and Celebrity Resorts. 

McGrath has been awarded the American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) highest professional designation – Registered Registered Resort Professional (RRP). He is a frequent speaker at ARDA regional and national conferences, numerous industry events, and is a guest lecturer on vacation exchange and the vacation ownership industry at UNLV, The University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality and Florida Gulf Coast University. McGrath holds real estate licenses in multiple U.S. states, and is a member of several charitable and civic organizations including Rotary International.
