Vice President of North America Business Development for RCI and The Registry Collection

Lucie Gagné is vice president of North America Business Development for RCI,  the worldwide leader in vacation exchange and provider of travel services to businesses and consuers, servign 3.8 million members in more than 4,000 vacation ownership resorts.  Gagné is based in Toronto where she leads RCI’s Canadian team. In this role, she oversees the affiliation of properties, providing sales, marketing and operational support to developers and expanding the RCI^® Weeks, RCI Points^® and The Registry Collection^® exchange networks in Canada.

Gagné has been with RCI since the opening of its Canadian office in 1991. She has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company to become a leader in the Canadian shared ownership industry.

Gagné is also a director of the Canadian Resort Development Association (CRDA), and is a frequent speaker at Canadian conferences and industry events. Her strategy is to deliver world-class customer service and to expand the business for RCI in Canada by leveraging her strong client relationships.
