RCI Vice President of North America Business Development  

Deborah Wunder is vice president of Business Development for RCI, the worldwide leader in vacation exchange and provider of travel services to businesses and consumers, serving 3.8 million members in more than 4,000 vacation ownership resorts.

An RCI and timeshare-industry veteran with 28 years of experience, Wunder and her team are responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs to some of RCI’s major clients including The Berkley Group, Bluegreen Corporation, SPM, Coral Resorts and Plantation Resorts. This involves servicing more than 115 RCI affiliated resorts located in 12 states, St. Thomas and Aruba. Based in RCI’s Carmel, Indiana office, she leads her team in the planning and coordination of strategic initiatives and the development of programs that help enhance and expand her clients’ businesses.    

Wunder is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and a long-time member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), serving on numerous committees for ARDA. She has achieved the industry certification of Registered Resort Professional (RRP) and represents Wyndham Worldwide within the ARDA Women in the Industry (W.I.N) organization.  In addition, she is an active and proud supporter of Christel House International.
