Like RCI, many of its affiliated developers strive to reach the highest customer service levels, quality standards and innovation. RCI has introduced several awards to recognise the efforts and commitment to quality made by its affiliates in all aspects of resort operation.

RADA
RCI Award for Developer Achievement – Europe
Recognising the vital role our affiliates play in the success of our industry is something we feel very strongly about. RCI has created a Programme to reward and thank developers and their staff for their ongoing efforts in both sales and service.
The categories for the developer awards include:
- Top Regional Sales Performers
- Best Newcomer Award
- Innovation Award
- Technology Award
- RCI Green Award
And for staff, the categories are:
- Sales Performer of the Year
- Manager of the Year
- Employee of the Year

RADA Holidays are an additional benefit that will enable staff at affiliated resorts to enjoy discounts on holidays and last minute travel deals at more than 4,500 RCI-affiliated resorts in over 100 countries worldwide.
RADA Holidays will give employees of our affiliates access to RCI accommodation at preferential rates, enabling them to take quality holidays at great value prices.
Affiliate staff members will also be able to access last minute travel deals to resorts in locations such as Tenerife, the Caribbean and Florida.
The scheme is a new part of the RCI Award for Developer Achievement (RADA) recognition programme and reflects our ongoing efforts to support and recognise the contribution of our European affiliate community.
